Controller and contact
ZENATI MÉDIA is the site publisher and data controller. For enquiries: contact@zenati.media. Contact details for a data protection officer, if applicable, remain to be provided.
Email enquiries
When you write to us, ZENATI MÉDIA receives your email address, message and any attachments in order to respond and, where applicable, handle a rights request. The legal basis and retention period remain to be specified.
Technical data
Accessing the site involves requests to its host, Cloudflare. Technical information, including IP address, date and time, requested URL and browser information, may be processed to deliver and secure the service. The exact purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and any transfers outside the European Economic Area depend on the actual hosting configuration and remain to be confirmed.
Journal and reading preferences
The site code stores your journal, selections and reading progress in your browser’s local storage. These features do not send that data to a server or synchronise it across devices. It stays on this device until removed through the browser or site functions; avoid entering sensitive information on a shared device.
Search and trackers
Philosopher search writes the search terms and filters into the page address: they may remain in browser history and be sent to the host if that address is loaded or shared. Document search filters an index loaded by the site.
The site code uses local storage for reading features and does not include advertising or analytics tools. Whether other cookies or analytics are added through the Cloudflare configuration must be checked; this notice does not assume they are absent.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing and, where applicable, request portability or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights with ZENATI MÉDIA: contact@zenati.media.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. Data stored only in your browser can be deleted through its settings.
